Two days pass and I am finally feeling almost like new, except for the morning sickness. I still have been throwing up my guts.
Dayton already left for his now private tutoring sessions. I am grateful for that because I am not very good with numbers and they were starting to get on my nerves.
I brush my hair making sure the messiness is gone.
The door suddenly opens and Gage walks in.
“Hey, you are feeling better?” He asks.
I nod. “Yea. My stomach has settled.
“Do you think you can eat now?”
“Why?” I ask.
“Come on. I have lunch ready.” He says giving me his hand.
I take his hand and he leads me out.
“You do?”
“Yep.” He looks back at me with a smile. “I know you can’t eat in the mornings so... you’ll see.”
