Another week has passed. My wounds on my back have been closing properly. They are not completely healed but it doesn’t hurt as much unless I really strain myself. I can walk perfectly fine without any pain.
Thankfully, Gage has stopped fussing over the smallest things I do. I felt flattered but he really can overdo it which gets me frustrated.
I heard of what he did to the guy that attacked me. Shauna told me and she said that the pack is a bit scared now. She said that the rogues in the pack have calmed down a bit but I am still wary of them.
I am in my room with Shauna. We spend time together when the kids spend time with each other. I am glad. It feels like I have a real friend here in the pack.
