Cole's POV
I run to the palace and once I reach the entrance, I stop there knowing I will be safe. I don't know why, I feel so. I pant as I look around again. Since it is already night, not many are outside.
"Hey! Is everything okay?" I hear Samantha's voice.
I look at her and nod. But I know that everything is not okay. Except the fact that my wife is pregnant with our child, nothing is right at the moment. And I don't know what to do about it.
"Evelyn is already sleeping. Do you need anything? I can make you some dinner" she says.
And right now, if given two options of eating Samantha's cooking or go through the Sander bullshit again.. I would choose Sander bullshit.
"No. I ate already. Thanks" I smile as I walk in.
I wish her good night and I walk upstairs. Evelyn is indeed
