Hayley cut his eyes at Rosa and then at her hands that were still around Dexter.
Dexter is still trying to get out of Rosa's locked hands. "This isn't what you think." He's shaking his head, "Get off me. This crazy woman came up behind me and wrapped herself around me, and then you came in when I was trying to get away from her.
Rosa is wondering who Hayley is and what reason Dexter feels that he needs to explain to him. She stumbles back when Dexter finally frees himself from her.
"I see," Hayley points to Rosa. "What the hell is your name?"
