Dexter has been sitting at the bar for hours, waiting for Kaleigh and the others to return. During that time, he had exchanged numbers with several women. He’ll drink some and plan to tell Kaleigh off for deserting him.
The man who told him that Kaleigh and their friends had left had been watching Dexter. He tried to be polite and asked Dexter to join him and his friends so he wouldn't have to drink alone. Dexter turned his nose up and mumbled something that the man couldn't hear or figure out what he said. He and his friends have also been discussing how Dexter's married, but yet he’s hitting on just about every woman he sees. How Dexter has no respect for his marriage or his wife.
