There are about five she-wolves left in the room who all have their eyes drifting from me to Janet and vice versa, anticipating the show we're about to put on. They don't even seem scared anymore since their attackers are either dead or ran out a few seconds ago, so that they won't end up like their former friends. I could hear some commotion going on upstairs, and I'm not sure if it's because the rogues are scared of the death scene they witnessed down here or maybe for some other reason. But Janet and I don't break eye contact regardless of that as we keep glaring at each other.
