The training hall had collapsed an hour ago, fire curling into the sky like a dragon. Fourteen people had been burned by the spray of ash and debris. Now the fire was mostly contained. Pack members, young and old, had poured in from town to fight the blaze, spraying water on the flames as well as the trees behind the building and the nearby barracks, desperate to keep it from spreading. They had mostly succeeded, losing only a few trees, but the training hall was gone. Completely gone. Thank the Goddess no one had been inside.
