King Zeus woke up late in the night to find the space next to him empty.
"Alexia?" he called, sitting up. He looked in the direction of the washroom, hoping to see the light.
It was dark.
His eyes went to the bedroom door. Surely it was unlocked. He sighed as he got up from his bed and walked out.
For the last 6 months, their bedroom was shifted temporarily to the ground floor. What was more convenient was that it was only a few blocks away from the kitchen.
Convenient for his wife, that is.
As he walked closer to the kitchen, he could hear a ruckus happening inside it.
He switched on the light in the kitchen, making the latter jump in shock.
"Alexia" he called as the latter froze. "Alexia dear, its 4 in the morning. You should get some sleep" he said, but stoppe
