The next day I woke up very late. My son was still sleeping beside me but the other side was empty.
"Hmmm" I stretched heart-fully before placing my hand at the empty space. I knew he was gone a long time before since the place felt cold.
I grabbed the water on the side table but stopped when I noticed a piece of paper under it.
'Good morning, love. Woke up early because I have a few pending works. You were sound asleep when I woke up and you looked so peaceful so I didn't wake you up. I will move Cassy's training to the afternoon and give you a half leave so take your time. Today we are having work inside the office is I will be there. Will miss you! Breakfast in my office"
