Dominic's mother passed away one morning at the end of June , the weeks before her death she had been having all kinds of strong symptoms , but she refused to let us take her to the hospital , so she was given palliative treatment to be able to lessen her pain a bit , and just a couple of days before her death , she suddenly got out of bed stating that she was feeling so much better , however , we all knew that the end was near and I was able to witness how they all began to prepare for it , both Dominic and the rest of his family.
