I Was pacing in my cell as the sun was setting, I was curious where max was, hes normally hear by now........ I hope he didn't get caught. i stopped as i heard the door open and slam shut. the smell of oat meal wafted into my nostrils, my stomach growled in return. i was so hungry at most i was eating 300 calories a day, shifting alone will burn well over 1000 i will get tired quickly after i shift so i have to be fast. Max approached my cell , his face sported a fresh bruise on his left cheek.
my expression softened as he handed me the bowl of oatmeal "what happened" i said tapping my own cheek. he walked over to his cell and began closing the door, he stopped when the door was an inch away from the other side, if it was fully closed it would lock.
