After I gave Coralanna a tour of the pack house, we went back to our suite and took a quick shower before we headed down to the dining hall to have dinner with the pack. That took some convincing, but after she met a few of the other pack members, she became more open to the idea and eventually gave in.
As soon as we walked into the dining hall, I felt a wave of anxiety rush through the mate bond. I squeezed her hand for reassurance and led her to two seats that we open by Sasha who also looked nervous. Sasha immediately jumped out of her seat as soon as she saw Coralanna. They embraced each other in a welcoming hug. I looked around and noticed that almost all of the other pack members were watching Coralanna and Sasha with curiosity in their eyes.
