After the living hell of choosing color after color after color along with place settings, table clothes, and everything else, we finally ended our How to be a Luna training session after about two hours and fifteen minutes. That gave all of us forty-five minutes to step out of the Luna office and into our rooms to get ready to meet Aradia.
Once I was dressed and ready to meet this woman, I quickly went next door to the nursery to check on Marcus. To no surprise, I found Marcus curled in Max’s arms as he sucked his thumb and looked at a book as Max read it to him. “And I and J and tag along K all on their way up the coconut tree.” I smile as I lean against the door frame of the nursery and watch the two of them.
