“I also think so. I agree that we admire each other’s work, but we were never so close. I saved him, but he doesn’t know because he was already unconscious when I found him,” Summer added, making me purse my lips into a thin line.
Her phone started ringing after a few seconds.
She sighed and took the call.
“Summer?” Chloe asked cautiously.
“Yes, Chloe. How are things going on in the company? I am sorry that I left everything on you guys.” Summer replied to her calmly, rubbing her temple a little.
She had a lot of things to do almost everything, but everything got piled up because of her health.
