Dominic Eloise and I shower after the sun has completely risen, checking the forecast and preparing for a deceptively cold day. With the sun shining it looks like it should be warm but it is -30 degrees Celsius with a windchill that makes it feel like it is -42 degrees Celsius. Eloise and I agree that we will spend most of the day hunkering down at the cabin; I turn the furnace up a few degrees in preparation.
