The girl who knocked on my door appeared to be only around twelve years old. However, she was a lot older than that. She spoke to me, and I knew that Enzo would only hear a humming sound, but once the door was opened, and she was revealed, it was too late to explain to Enzo what was going on.
I blocked out all communication with my friends and mates, even the people of the city, and followed the girl to the base to the opening they had to the mountain itself. Once there, it was up to me to find the correct way to the throne room. Each wrong turn would leave this trial as a failure, and I was not going to allow that to happen. Even Gloria could not intervene with this one, I was on my own, and all my learning and training would be needed to get this right.
