The rest of Saturday and Sunday is a blur. I wake up on Monday morning feeling like crap. I drunk a little bit last night. I couldn't sleep since Saturday and I finally decided to douse myself in alcohol. It worked. It always works. Meg showed up a few minutes after midnight. I was just about to go to bed and we didn't talk much. Apparently, she was out of the country with one of her high end clients and he was paying a shitload of money so she couldn't come home for the wedding; which didn't happen anyway. I trudge to the bathroom and brush my teeth. I run my fingers through my hair and I scowl at my reflection in the mirror. This is not me at all.
