The timing couldn’t be any worse. How was I finally on the cusp of Sienna opening up to me about her pain and the fact that she was accepting me as her mate when this happened? I could tell that finding out about Neve’s disappearance had stunned and caused overwhelming worry in Sienna as she put her own troubles aside and demanded to know what had happened, but a part of me wanted to shut the world out and just focus on her. On making her feel okay. I could see how badly she was hurting right now. That spell had really done a number on her and I wanted to help her through it, but the determined look in her eyes showed me that she was only set on finding Neve or at least who was behind these abductions.
I grabbed her hand in mine as we walked down the corridors of the academy
