Three Months later
I’ve been staying with Abbey since I was released from the hospital, Gage tried with everything in him, to get me to move into his condo with him and Callan, but it was just too soon. I was broken, in a way that couldn't be fixed by just a change of location, I needed time. I didn’t really want to put out my best friend either, but as I couldn’t go back to the apartment building, the mere thought of walking toward that concrete block made my chest tighten in fear, and the fact I did need someone to help me, I had reluctantly agreed.
