Chapter Thirty Four
I awoke the next morning, I could not shake the uneasy feeling I had, we still have had no word from Nathan, I hoped and prayed he would be okay but something felt wrong, and as each hour passed the more concerned I became.
Richard was sleeping beside me looking a lot healthier than yesterday, his face serine in his slumber making my heart still skip at the joy of his presence, I loved this man so much, he had given up everything for me, and even in my anxious state, I had to force myself not to jump on him and have my mate take me and make us one again.
I stretched and got out of bed, heading for the shower resisting my primal urges.
“Morning honey” Richard’s voice was gravely from waking up, his face smiling at me, but I could also feel his own concern coming
