Chapter Thirty One
Kristina smiled at us, then lead us up the stairs to a large bedroom, the room was perfect in its simplicity, the bedcovers hand made patchwork quilts of pink white and blue perfectly sewn squares, lay on a large pine bed in the centre of the room, to the side were two long windows, with a large pine wardrobe and chest of draws down one wall, either side of the bed were two pine bedside cabinets, and a door leading to a shower room, with toilet and sink. It was basic, but homely and I felt at ease in this room.
