Zodiac POV.
I wake up on the floor in Meghan’s room, still clutching her pink rabbit, Clover. I stand up and stretch my back out, hearing the satisfying crunch. I kiss Clover once more and place it back against the pillow.
I leave Meghan’s room and head back into my room and head to the closet and find my old workout wear. I pray they still bloody fit.
I leave the room again and this time make it to the bathroom to shower and get ready for the day. I search the cupboard under the sink and find a sealed toothbrush and toothpaste. I make quick work of brushing my teeth before I turn on the shower and step under it. Mom must still be paying the utility bills. So I still have hot water and power at least.
I need to get groceries and clean up. Oh, and buy new clothes. After I have showered
