“I will keep that in mind, Father-in-law”, Lucian’s voice rose along with a small laugh.
My father completely froze, his eyes widened upon realizing the situation he was in.
“K-king Lucian” My parents bowed their heads as the latter walked to him.
“Please, no. You are my fiancé’s father and mother” he said, helping them raise their head. “I should be the one showing you respect for raising such an incredible daughter”.
My parents looked shocked as he bowed his head, showing respect. The whole room was silent as they witnessed the scene in front of them.
