It was finally the day of the dinner with the McLellands.
It was a free day for trainees and they were allowed to roam freely in the academy. I noticed that Sam was busy in the flower garden since morning, nuzzling into the fragrance of the flowers. It gave her a soothing feeling to her soul and comfort for her baby. She walked through the garden’s soft ground barefoot to feel the wetness of the soil on her swollen feet. She rubbed her massive pregnant belly and talked to the baby. It must be interesting to feel another heartbeat from within you. A smile formed on my face as I watched her from my window.
