My body jerked upright as an electrical shock made my body come to life once again. I layed on the grass looking up at the clouded sky talking to myself, inhale… exhale…. inhale....exhale. I sat up and looked around, I was sitting in front of a grave that brought pain to my soul. I wrapped my arms around my knees without saying anything. Am I damned by the Moon Goddess? She had taken someone from me that I didn’t even know, someone who was supposed to complete me. She had chosen him for me and decided that I was unworthy of his love. Had I really become such an unworthy person for what happened to me that she felt that taking him away was the right thing to do? I haven't even seen a picture of my so-called mate.
