Darkness.     Pitch black darkness.   It was warm despite the cold feeling. I felt like an empty void floating. I didn't remember how I got there, only the hollowfeeling reminding me that the darkness was better than whatever else I was to be offered of.   Where was I even? Was I dead? Was this wolf heaven? Oh- bless my soul -- was it wolf hell?   I didn't know how long it was until a light at the far end took my attention away from my drifting thoughts.   I decided against following the light. In movies, the person that follows the light usually dies. I wasn't ready for that.   Then again, death sounded a lot better than being left with my destructive thoughts.   With heavy hesitation, I moved towards the small light. I drifted closer and closer until the light became blind
