I woke up quite early and got ready today, not because I am in a hurry, but because I am on a mission to leave before Anastasia wakes up. She needs to rest and reset her body... I might have kind of drugged her last night in her food, so she might wake up a little late. Thank goodness Katrina is coming in today, she can help with the kids' breakfast and school lunchboxes while their nanny prepares them for school.
"Beverly," I knocked at the door of her room before I slowly opened the door. She was not in bed, nor anywhere in her room. I was about to take a turn but her bed caught my attention.
My mind instantly raced a marathon and I panicked.
