I whimpered in pain as my Father picked me up out of the bathtub. The water, that was cold a few minutes ago, had heated up due to the heat of my skin.
I knew exactly what was happening to me. And I knew that he wasn't going to come.

I faintly heard my Mother question my Father and I whimpered as another wave of pain wracked through my body and heated me to an extent where sweat dripped off my body.
