They first went for breakfast at the fine dining restaurant of Elysium Hotel, which was just beside Elysium Tower.
After the formal breakfast, they already went to see the penthouse unit of Elysium Tower. The unit was fully furnished and there were several boxes of high end bags and shoes on the center table of the living room. It also had an envelope containing a document for the possible transfer of ownership of the unit under her name and a nondisclosure dating agreement for six months as well as the key fob.
