Katherine Taylor:-

" Thank you so much, Dr. Taylor. For the past three years, my husband was lying in a coma and I have lost hope. I thought he will never wake up again but you changed it. You did what every doctor failed to do so and I will always be indebted to you." the wife of my patient thanked me with all her heart and tears of joy in her eyes.

" I just did my job, Mrs. Ambrosso. And, I am so glad to see a smile on your face. The smile and joy in patients' and his/her family' faces make my day. I wish you a really happy life. Goodbye and have a nice day." I bid my last patient's wife goodbye with a warm smile. Once, she was out I let out a groan and sat down on my chair behind the desk of my cabin. I am so tired today. My whole boy aches and needs rest. I landed down and rested my head on my desk when there was a knock and entered the director of the hospital with a straight expression.

" Good job, Dr. Taylor. We never thought the patient will get up again but you managed to do so. Congratulations." the director congratulated me.

" Thank you, Director. What can I do for you? This is the first time you have come into my cabin. Is everything alright?" I ask.

" Yes, everything is just great. I came with a job proposal for you, Dr. Taylor." the director replied.

" What type of job proposal? Are you firing me from the job?" I ask scared.

" What?! No! Do you know Mr. Eden Wiliams? The billionaire?" the director asked.

" Yes, who don't. According to the tabloids, he is an arrogant, cocky, and certified playboy." I replied, " What about him?"

" Well, he wants you to look after his mom who is lying in a coma for the past year. He will pay you a handsome salary. More than you can earn here. think about it. You can pay off your school debts. Look after your little brother with ease and afford a better apartment than you are living in now. So, tell me. Will you take the job?" he asked.

" I don't know. Why am I suitable for this job and why did Mr. Williams ask for me. There are many experienced doctors over here who can look after his mom.  Why me? Besides, I wanted to be an obstetrician. I did my residency for it. It's you who guys dragged me into this general doctor's." I said fidgeting my fingers nervously.

" Because you are better in taking care of the patients and at the time of your residency. You looked after the patients of your own will and did so many miracles. You're best at whatever you do. Please, accept the job and I promise to send you to the obstetrician/gynecology department." the director promised.

" I am sorry, but I am not qualified to become the doctor of the billionaire's mother. I don't belong in their world. Please, send someone else." I rejected the job proposal.

"No, we can't deny Mr. William's offer. He will ruin this hospital because of you. Either you accept the offer or you are fired at this exact moment. You and your brother can rot on the road or in hell." the director threatened " Don't you know Mr. Eden Williams always gets what he wants and if he has chosen you as his mother's doctor then you are going to be the doctor he wants. So, accept the job and go for an interview. Right now!"

" WHAT?! Are you insane? It's 8:00 pm and you want me to go now?" I asked or more like screamed in shock and anger. He knows I need the job that's why he threatened me with my current job. I need to take care of my little brother who is ten and if I failed to take care of him then he will be taken from me and put up for adoption. I need to pay my school debts too and need to pay apartment rent and so much more. I can't lose the job.

" Why are you shocked? We are doctors and we don't care about the time. Now, get going for the interview. Mr. Eden William's director is waiting for you to take you to his place." the director announced.

" You came here with planning," I glared at him.

" DOn't glare and me and get going." the director said pushing me out of my cabin after handing me my bag and phone.

" By the way, who will be taking my interview?" I ask hoping for Mr.William's secretary to take my interview.

" Mr. Eden William, himself will be conducting the interview. He is overprotective and very sensitive when it comes to his mother," he replied and dragged me out of the hospital with him and technically threw me inside a luxurious black limo.

"Good luck, Dr. Taylor. I hope to hear good news." he waved me goodbye. The driver shut my door and drove towards the luxurious villas where all the rich people reside. The driver pulled in front of the door a very beautiful modern-style mansion and placed his thumb on the fingerprint sensor to open the huge beautiful golden gates with his identification. 

Once the gate opened my eyes widened when I saw a beautiful garden with ponds and fountains all over it. In the center of it the glass mansion was constructed. 

" Damn! How much I wish to live in a place like that. Don't worry Kate. You can live in this mansion only in your dreams." I murmured to myself while looking a the beautiful mansion with awe. The driver stopped the car in front of the mansion and opened the back door for me. When I stepped out of it a man dressed as a butler reached me and give me a polite nod.

" Welcome, Dr. Taylor. I am George. The butler over here. Mr. Eden Williams is waiting for you. If you will please follow me I will take you to him." the butler announced I nodded my head while my heart was beating faster in nervousness and fear. I am going to see the arrogant Eden Williams. The shark in the business world and a scary person in real life. I wonder why everyone is scared of him. Well, maybe they have met him and now it's my time so I will find it out myself. I fixed the neckline and hem of my dress and followed the butler who took me to the study room and knocked on the door.

" Mr. Williams. The doctor you asked for is here." the butler announced.

" Let her in," a very deep voice came from inside that sent a shiver of fear or maybe excitement down my spine. I am nowhere excited to meet this reckless billionaire so they must be of fear. I will go with the first option. George opened the door to the study room and asked me to go in. I take a deep breath and take steady steps inside the den of the lion and prayed for everything to go well. The man was sitting on the chair with his back to me holding a cigar as it can be seen through the side of his expensive chair. I cleared my throat to let my presence known.

" I can hear your footsteps so no need to clear your throat to let me know of our presence, Dr. Taylor." the deep voice announced and turned the chair. The moment the chair faced me the handsome and sexy man I have ever seen in my life came into view.

Damn! he is hot. I murmured mentally and looked at his perfect features. He has got blue eyes, black hair, and a fashioned beard and the way the white shirt with two-button undone was hugging his muscular body made me lick my lips and clutch my legs as I felt myself getting turned on with just a single sight. The man raised his eyebrow at me when I returned back to reality and acted professionally. I took steps forward and held my hand in front of Eden.

" "Hello, Mr. William. I am Dr. Katherine Taylor and I am here for an interview." the man's lips twitched a little. I wonder why. The man took my hand in his and brought it to his lips making my body go jello with just one single touch of this Adonis.

" I want to fuck you, Doc. I want you to become my mistress for the nights and my mother's doctor for the day." the billionaire announced totally taking me back with his words.
