“It seemed like you forgot our coffee date. So I found my way to you by myself. Hope you are okay with that.”
When Sofia said that, I took a glance at Ashlyn. I was supposed to drop her, but I could no longer do that. So, with the thought of calling her to join us, I was about to call her, but she disappeared in a second.
“I think I appeared at the wrong time,” Sofia said in an indifferent tone. “I can come some other day if you want.”
Not letting her leave, I hastily said, “No, it's fine. Since you are already here, let's go for our final coffee date.”
Walking ahead, I pulled the door for her.
