Benny’s POV I can feel myself trembling as I grip the wheel a little tighter, driving back through the empty streets at a much slower pace than I did going out. I can hear Tanner sniffling in the back, neither Liberty nor Austin have said a word, and neither has Eralia. I wriggle my fingers as they start to cramp from the tension, glancing down to find blood smeared across my knuckles that are busted open from the fight.
