Eralia's POV The drive to school feels strange to me, I‘m not used to the different scenery we pass, which is a mixture of high rises, posh housing and well kept areas, a stark reminder that we aren’t currently living at the trailer park that has been our home for as long as I can remember. In the back, my siblings talk loudly, even a usually silent Liberty is joining in with their current topic of conversation, arguing that butter is better on waffles than maple syrup. I have no idea where the child got that idea from, she’s obviously completely wrong as we all know that syrup is far superior, but it’s so nice to hear her talking about something so mundane, arguing with her siblings like, well, a sibling, that I don’t correct her.
