It had been two torturous days since I had last seen Alina at her apartment and her radio silence was infuriating. I knew her curiosity would get the better of her eventually, but she was clearly a stubborn woman. My feelings towards her had grown considerably since that night and I found myself unable to focus on anything for longer than a few minutes before my mind would drift back to thoughts of her.
