Shailene and Gregorie are still staring at Beelzebub. Grgorie wonders why he is there interfering with his kill, and Shailene wonders why he is there and how he knows where she is living.
“I wasn’t expecting you two together.” Beelzebub looked between Gregorie and Shailene. “Am I interrupting anything important?”
Gregorie releases her head. “Yes, you did. I was about to rid Shailene of her worm friend.”
Shailene rubs her head, looking up at Gregorie. She’s about to cast a spell on him when Beelzebub hits her in her mouth. “I never permitted you to work with that damn demon. How dare you put and that Burrower demon conspire against me.”
