Joaquin’s curious about the reason Oswin and Chiqala are on Francemia’s list. She tells him they were spotted close to her home an hour before her parents were killed. Francemia heard rumors they were working with a powerful rogue. She and her friends had never been able to discover who the rogue was until now. Every time they arrive where they hear Chiaqla and Oswin are, they seem to have just left. She always wondered how they seemed to always be one step ahead of her. Now she knows why. Brimlock must have been watching them or had men placed in bars and clubs to keep tabs on her.
