Welp..this sucks..the moment Johnnie left, I felt my heart sink as Everett and I just stared at the door sadly.
"It's okay, Mommy will be back soon bud." I assured my son, trying to muster up a smile as I kissed his curly dark hair and hugged him closer to my chest.
"Ma Ma." He said sadly as his chubby little hand reached for the door.
"Why don't we get you dressed, then we can get ready to go to the park. You wanna see Uncle Moose?" I asked Everett before walking him towards his room.
The mere mention of Uncle Moose had Everett clapping his hands together happily while bouncing up and down in my arms.
"I take that as a yes.." I grumbled.
Everett loves all of his uncles..but Moose had to be his favorite, and I absolutely hated it.
