Terrence's conversation with his mother about his upcoming task went better than expected. She railed. She cried. She hit him a few times. But in the end, she gave him her blessing - reluctantly. With that out of the way, Terrence began preparing for his quest. First, he spoke to some of the hunters and agents who'd been keeping track of the boundary's thin spots in the hopes of seeing a pattern to its disintegration. He came away baffled.
