A deep feeling of betrayal slashes deep inside my chest nicking what’s left of my closed off heart. It feels like the claw of a mighty beast that came out of nowhere and took me by surprise.
Without reading too much into it, I feel that it rivals what I went through when I lost my mate and my brother while piecing together the information and realising they were seeing each other behind my back.
