(Christian) I don’t know how long I’ve been like this. My body feels heavy, but my mind is light, almost like I’m somewhere between here and somewhere far away. I can hear them, I can feel them, but everything is soft. It’s not the kind of soft that puts you to sleep, it’s the kind that makes you want to stay in the moment forever. My breathing is slow, my chest rising and falling without me thinking about it. The warmth around me isn’t just from their bodies, it’s from the bond pulling at me from every side.
