Casey POV

"I know Casey, try to understand what I am trying to tell you, I know our boss very well but you don't." Ryan said.

"What do you mean Ryan??." I questioned him.

"I mean that our boss is up to something that is the reason why he is sending you for all this difficult task, it's unlike him. He never used to send his people for such kinds of tasks no matter how important it was." He said.

"No Ryan you are wrong about him, I signed up for this and it's not our boss's fault. We all are getting paid for this and don't worry about me, I will get the information." I added

"I don't care about the information Casey, I care about you, You are putting your life at risk." Ryan said. I know he cares a lot for me, but I don't want him to interfere with my business.

"Mr Ryan please let me do my work and I want to tell you something please don't feel bad". I added.

"Tell me Casey I won't feel bad, Feel free to tell me anything." He said with a smile on his face

"You are trying to interfere in my job Ryan and I would not like you to do so because I love my job so please try to understand."

"Okay fine Casey, I am sorry I won't interfere in your job." He said in a soft tone

"Thank you for understanding Mr Ryan."

"I will take my leave then, and sorry to disturb you,I was just worried about you." He said as he took a few steps towards his cabin.

"No Mr Ryan you didn't disturb me, I know you are worried about me I can understand but you need to understand too that I love my job."

He turned behind and gave me a small smile. "I understand Miss Casey, I will take my leave now." Saying that he headed towards his cabin.

"Bye Mr Ryan.". I said

He smiled at me and left and I continued with my job.

I felt bad speaking to him in that tone but what he did was wrong. He put my friend's life at risk. I love my friends and I cannot let anything happen to them. I completed my work at 5:00pm and got ready to leave.

He cares alot for me and helped me with my job but I don't like it when someone tries to interfere in my business.

Calvin and Monica headed towards me, "so are you done with your work??," Monica questioned me.

"Yeah I am done with my work, are both of you done??,"I questioned them.

"Yeah I am done with mine," Monica said with a smile.

"Me too.", Calvin said.

"So let's leave then because we need to get ready for tonight, you both remember right we need to go to the Billionaire's mansion." I added.

"Yes we do remember Casey But I am afraid because you will be present with us and you won't let anything happen to us as you know how to handle the situation well. Calvin and I are coming along with you . We will be waiting for you outside." Monica said with a worried look on her face

"I know Monica Don't worry about me, okay, I got this all handled".

"Okay fine Casey, We should leave now." She added

"Yes." I said and headed towards the exit of our office.

We then headed towards my car, Monica took a seat besides me and Calvin took the back seat. I drove first to Calvin's place, he got out of my car and headed towards my car window.

"Take care Casey, Meet you at 8:00." Calvin said

"You remember the dress code right??," I questioned him.

"Yeah I remember it but Monica is not aware of it." He said

"I know I will tell her everything." I said and I then drove towards Monica's place.

"Dress code???,What kind of dress code??," She questioned me.

"Our dress code is back, so we need to wear black clothing and our face will be covered so that no one will recognise us. So I suggest you to wear a black mask." I said as I drove towards her place.

"Black mask??." She questioned me with a confused look on her face

"Yes Monica a black mask because the dress code is black". I added.

"Okay fine I will wear what you told me to wear."

We reached her place, I stopped near her gate and she got out of the car.

"Bye Monica, meet you at 8:00."

"Bye Casey." Saying that she headed towards her place and I drove towards my house. I parked my car and walked towards my door.

I opened my door with my keys and headed towards the living area, my nana was watching tv

"You are early Today??," My granny said to me.

"Yes Nana I am early today because I got some important work tonight so I will be heading towards Monica's place." I said as I removed my footwear and placed them in the shoe rack.

"You are again assigned for a new mission?," She asked me.

"I won't lie to you Nana, Yes it is a new mission," i said in a soft tone.

,"Again something dangerous??, I think you should quit this job because you keep putting your life at risk," she said

"You don't need to worry about me. You know that I am good at my job," I said as I walked towards her.

"I know you are a very strong girl Casey, come sit here, I want to talk to you about something important." She said with a serious look on her face.

I took a seat on the front coach and my nana was seated in front of me.

"Yes Nana, tell me what you wanna talk about??."

"Are you dating anyone Casey??, If you are, you can tell me, don't feel shy darling." She asked me if I was dating anyone.

I had a confused look on my face because my nana never asked me these kinds of questions.

"Nana, you never asked me these types questions before Everything is okay??. Suddenly why are you asking me if I am dating Anyone" I said with an awkward smile on my face.

"Yes darling, everything is okay, tell me Sweetheart, are you dating anyone??."

"No Nana, I am not dating anyone."

"Are you sure Casey???You are not dating anyone??." She questioned me

"Yes Nana I am not dating anyone, now can you please tell me why are you asking me these kinds of questions??."

"Casey sweetheart I am becoming old, I don't know how long I will live. I want you to get settled in life and marry someone who will take care of you in my absence, I am worried about your future Sweetheart".

I got up from my seat and sat beside my Nana. I hugged her tightly, tears rolled down my cheeks.

"I won't let anything happen to you Nana, you know I don't have anyone in this world. You are my family and my everything., so please don't say this again."

My nana creased my hair, "I know Casey that is the reason why I am worried about you, I want to get you settled before I die".

"Please Nana, don't leave me alone, I won't be able to live without you".

"I know Casey that is the reason why I am worried about you, I am getting older and I don't know what is gonna happen next to me but if anything happens in the future I want you to stay strong darling don't become weak. You need to be very very strong, Okay sweetheart??." She said with a smile as she kissed my forehead.

"Yes nana," I smiled at her.

"Now complete whatever work you have and come home safely".

"Yes Nana". I said with a smile.

I kissed her on her cheeks and headed towards my room to get ready for tonight's task.

Ryan POV

I liked Casey, I liked her the very first time I saw her in this company. She doesn't feel the same way I feel for her. I tried to give her hints but I feel she never understood my feelings.

She likes our boss's son who is useless and a fvck boy. I try to protect her and keep her safe.

I make sure she doesn't get the difficult task but this time it was different. Our boss gave her the most difficult one and this was not the first time. Our boss is up to something and I need to know what he is upto. I am Ryan Steller, the manager of this agent company.

I am the one who gives the information that the company collected to the officers so that they could punish the criminals that are the Mafia and businessmen who are involved in these illegal activities.

The person whom I want to punish is the mafia prince, He killed my dad who was in the police department.

I want to take my dad's revenge and whatever happens I'm gonna take my revenge from him.

It's been 6 years since my dad's death and I still cannot forget the incident that happened 6 years ago.

The information that I only have is that the Mafia king or prince is involved in his death.

After work I headed towards the police department.

I have a good relationship with the chief of Police because he was my dad's friend and he helps me in finding out information about the prince.

"Heyy uncle George". I said as I headed towards the officer.

"Heyy Ryan, how are you doing??," He asked me while looking into the files placed on his table.

"I am doing great, how are you doing??". I said as I took a seat in front of him.

"I am doing great son, just busy putting people behind bars who are committing crimes and breaking rules".

"I wanted to ask you if you found anything related to the Mafia family??." I said.

"I didn't find anything related to their son, his identity is hidden. His dad kept his identity hidden because of some reasons I have no idea why. It's becoming difficult for us to find anything related to him."

"I know uncle George, he is not getting his punishment. He killed my dad and I cannot let him go easily."

"I know son, I can understand your pain, but it's difficult for us to find him because of his hidden identity, we don't Know how he looks and which company he works in. Everything is a mystery".

"It cannot be hidden for a long time uncle George, I will find a way to punish him." I said.

"Yes I know you will soon, son".

"Yes uncle George but I got a lead".

"What is it??", He questioned me as he closed his file.

"His dad is not in the country, his son is here with all his dad's property, If we get to know which company he is working for we will get to know his true identity". I said.

"That is a big lead son, now I think we will be able to find him easily. you should head home because I have a lot of work to complete, When I find anything related to this I will call you".

"Okay uncle, I will take my leave then". I said as I got up from my seat.

"Yes son".

I then headed towards my car and drove towards my place.

The whole way I kept thinking about Casey, I didn't know how she was doing and I had to keep her safe but I didn't have any idea how to do so???".

My boss strictly told me that I cannot join her if he gets to know that I was with her. This might get her into serious trouble.

I had to find a way to protect her.

Ambrose POV

I was done with my meeting and I got pretty good deals on the first day of my office. I got out of the conference room and headed towards my car, Jeremiah followed me behind.

He opened the door for me and I took a seat inside. He closed the door and headed towards the driver's seat. He started driving towards my mansion.

"So what are you thinking about doing next sir??," He questioned me.

"To destroy the evidence that is in that Billionaire's house, I cannot understand how he has the guts to go against me, Jeremiah."

"There are some people who are not afraid of their well-being and they try to interfere in other people's lives." Jeremiah said.

"He doesn't know whom he is messing with Jeremiah. He tried to go against me, right??, I am gonna teach him a lesson but first I need to destroy that information which he wants to use against me. He is trying to steal my place in this mafia world and I won't let him do so." I said as I clenched my fist in anger.

"Teach him a good lesson sir, next time no one will dare mess with you again."

"Yes I will Jeremiah." I said with a smile

"So what time are you gonna go there?." Jeremiah questioned me.

"I am thinking of going there at 8:00 pm, which is the time when that billionaire is busy with his girls in the room. While he is busy doing his thing I will sneak into his room and get whatever I want And then you know what I am gonna do next". I said

"Sir I can't understand one thing??."Jeremiah said.

"What is it, Jeremiah, that you can't understand??".

"We can take our people and attack his mansion and get whatever we want right, we can threaten him and kill him. Why should we sneak into his room?," he questioned me.

"In that way everyone will know that he has some information regarding me and the police will know that too, we cannot let that happen. They will also think that I am afraid of that Billionaire and no one will be afraid or respect me anymore, I cannot let that happen, that is the reason why we need to do this. I don't know what plans my dad has for me. I am going according to his order".I tried to explain him my plan
