A flash of light streaked through the sky, illuminating the outline of the tree house.
I stopped in the middle of the short path, looking up and blinking through the rain at the humongous structure in front of me.
If this is a cabin, then my house is a mouse hole.
I saved my question and hurried up the back deck with Marcello following closely behind me, carrying our bag. He rushed past me and step on the big stone stairs which were too long for my liking now.
He yanked the door open and press couple of switches. I could se the lights flicker on inside, shining against the windows.
