Dylan lifted his gaze to Darren then back to Ava. “We will be back…” “Sky,” Darren looked at Sky. “Off you go,” she snapped, “If you are going to be like this, at least, don’t make us sit here for long.” “As you wish,” the dragon clenched his fists and turned away from his mate. Dylan walked away quietly…he was suffering. He felt like his owner came home and scolded him for chewing on her slippers. He glanced over and could see the pain in Darren’s eyes as well. No one liked fighting with their mates. The two men jogged away as they both seamlessly headed in the same direction. Which wasn’t weird. They were both sensing out the area the moment they came out here. And they knew there was a team that wasn’t too far away from them. Dylan went to glance back once more but Darren spoke up.
