THIRD PERSON'S POV'
Alec can clearly see how his father panicked. He was about to go to his father when a woman called his father's attention.
" Your highness, your wife has to give birth, now. The poison already spread in her body. We tried to stop it using different herbal medicines but none of it was able to stop it... the poison is just too powerful. She has to give birth or else your child may get affected by the poison. " Alec heard the woman say. Now, it does make sense. Maybe that is why his father looks so pale and he panics a lot.
But what makes him confused is why his mother is involved? Is his mother the one who poisoned his father's wife?
