Blue is now in the middle of their realm. Traveling and exploring is one of her own way of redemption. Blue wants to know herself; she wants to know the real Blue, not the Blue that Alec raised. She knows to herself that the Alec raised is not her.
She wants to explore the places in her realm that she wasn't able to explore as she grows up being caged in a hut and she can only go out if they will train. It still did not give her a chance to know her realm, as Alec wants her to focus only on her training and on making herself better at using her powers.
