With trembling hands, I slowly turned around to face the figure.
And yep, I was damn right. It was Cole.
With the way he was staring at me right now, my stomach was flipping in unexplainable ways.
What on earth was he doing here now?
“H- hi,” was the word that tumbled out of my mouth, and after a few seconds of awkward silence, I added, “w- what are you doing here? Do you need anything?”
“I just wanted to see you,” his face creased with a smile before shrugging his shoulders, as if that explained everything.
I crossed my arms over my chest trying to put some distance between us taking a small step back.
“Why? Don't you have better things to be doing now than looking for me?” I frowned.
