Since Sabina had stormed out of my house when her mother came to fetch her, I had not seen her. I didn’t want to follow her around because I thought that would only push her away further but now I was beginning to regret that decision because she hadn’t contacted me since she left. I thought we were finally on the right path and I also thought that knowing her true identity would do us a lot of good but it only created distance between us. It had been two months since I saw her and her mother had been avoiding my calls. I tried waiting for her at her school but, she was never there.
