Author's PoV The feeble sound of slight drizzle filled in the room despite the closed windows and curtains, faltering Zach's sleep. The first thing he felt was a sharp pain in his neck because of falling asleep on the the edge of the bed, and the second thing he felt was fear. Just plain fear. He feared he'd overslept. He feared he hadn't woken up on time. He feared he'd fallen asleep on Anna. And most of all, he feared he hadn't been there for her when she needed him. But much to his relief, he opened his eyes to her still asleep, the same way she had been sleeping a few hours ago. And, it hadn't been that late.
