The council members were all seated and waiting for me when I returned. All of their eyes were on me and I could sense the tension in the room. They were all confused on how to act with my betrayal and their shock was only helping my situation.
"Why did you destroy the wedding Hunter?" The prosecutor asked. "I thought that we had an understanding. You're on our side or have you already forgotten that?"
