At the place where Mazuri was listening to Kupe as she told of her story she had not had any more reason to leave there and go somewhere else near the camp. He wanted to remain there to keep talking to her because both of them had grown in the level of understanding each other. Kupe looked up and saw a mango tree and smiled. "I am seeing an animal that I can kill so that we can prepare it and eat it. I have also come to realise that even though we have something that those in the camp do not have and that is the freedom to be where ever they choose to be it is left for us to think twice about how we go about things.
